At The Sweet Nation, we take pride in preparing and delivering fresh, high-quality sweets, snacks, gifting products, and made-to-order food items.

Returns

As our products are perishable, freshly prepared, and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

We request customers to carefully review their order details before placing the order.

Refunds

As a general policy, orders once confirmed are non-refundable.

However, in exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of The Sweet Nation management, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect item(s) delivered
  • Damaged product received at the time of delivery
  • Missing item(s) from the order
  • Product quality concerns reported immediately upon receipt
  • Order cancellation initiated by The Sweet Nation
To request consideration for a refund:
  • Customers must contact us within 2 hours of receiving the order
  • Please share order details along with supporting photos/videos where applicable
  • Requests received beyond this period may not be eligible for review

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (timelines may vary depending on the payment provider/bank).

Order Cancellations

Orders once placed may not be cancelled as preparation begins immediately for fresh and customized products.

For bulk, corporate, festive, or customized gifting orders, separate cancellation terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
